In summary, the compound project of Tan Van resort and high-class housing estate upon completion will be one of the considerable works. Not only does it exert certain impact on Bien Hoa area but also on the whole key economic region of the south. In view of the unique topology of the site and the special identity of the project, we do hope the project in implementation could change the existing empty land into a complex site hosting high-class houses, sports ang entertainment centers, commercial conference events to serve market demand.
