Overview |
Prominent feature of the economic and social development of Dongnai province is the appearance and development of concentrated industrial parks. The master planning of 17 industrial parks of Dong Nai covering totally 8,119 hectares has been determined. The industrial park infrastructure has been invested in by seven enterprises, two of which are foreign investors. Total investment capital for the infrastructure construction is USD 62 million. At present, the infrastructure of more than 5 industrial parks has fully constructed, including Bien Hoa 2, Amata, Loteco, Nhon Trach and Go Dau industrial parks. |

DEMAND AND MARKET TARGETED UNDER THE PROJECT |

The foundation and development of a series of industrial parks in Dongnai province to meet the province's targets of economic and social development did create great demands on transport and portage services in view of a great amount of goods and products moving in and out of these industrial parks. In this scenario, the project involving a container freight station in Long Tan commune, Nhon Trach district appears to fit the gap. Project implementation schedule : |
Compensation and removal of households : 1 st month – 3 rd month.
Ground filling : 4 th month – 5 th month.
Construction of internal roads, yards (including goods storage area): 6 th month 6 – 7 th month.
Construction of outside roads: 6 th month – 9 th month.
Construction of 2 jetties : 6 th month – 7 th month.
Construction of office building: 7 th month – 8 th month.
Construction of warehouses: 8 th month – 9 th month.

Total time span of these construction works might be 9 months. It is estimated that withnin the tenth month they would be finally verified for acceptance and put into operation. |
